Bone Collective Studio's first development project. This was a duplex and Taryn saw the potential to add a third unit to the attic space with some dormers, which all met the zoning code in the area. The floor plans of the existing units were horrendous, so in the end, everything was gutted down to the bones and reworked and redone. The property is a mix of AirBnB and long term rental units and the top floor has vaulted ceilings and an exposed steel beam.
